About this Event
Welcome to The Neurospicy Network, a community for neurodivergent students who meet
throughout the year to build connections with each other and access affirming experiences,
conversation, resources, and information.
“Neurodiversity” recognizes the diverse variations in human cognition (“neurotypes”). The word
is often used to reference specific neurotypes, like ADH, Autism, learning differences, and auditory
and visual processing differences. This group welcomes those who are diagnosed, self-identify
as, or think they may be neurodivergent.

• Meeting participants agree to respect individual boundaries for sharing personal information.
• When introducing oneself, sharing pronouns is encouraged but not required.
• Sensory self-care is encouraged, and sensory supports may be used in meetings. Though not an

about a particular item, please feel free to reach out to the facilitator (hanleyg@emmanuel.edu).
• Participants agree to use curiosity as a tool to navigate disagreements, miscommunications, or
points of view different from their own.
• Meeting participants will not record, photograph, or depict in media (including social media)
