During the month of July, join the fun and submit miles for Emmanuel College Alumni’s first-ever Get Up and Go Challenge! Whether you spin, walk, run, bike or swim, all active miles count. Let’s see how many miles the Emmanuel community can collectively tally in one month.

Submit weekly or all at once before midnight on July 31, 2021. Ongoing mileage will be tallied and posted on social media throughout July. On Monday, August 2^nd, three names will be chosen at random to receive a small Emmanuel gift as thanks for participating.
